grade iron, magnesium, salt and water.
When water is poured into the included heater pad, the Thermo-Pouch heater is consumer safe and releases enough heat to warm-up the
pre-cooked meal to 120 degrees Fahrenheit in approximately 10 minutes.
To prepare a Good 2 Go Meal, remove your entree from the water resilient bag, open the Thermo-Pouch and slide in the pre-cooked delicious
entree. Tear open the saline salt pouch activating agent and pour it into the side of the pouch that has the magnesium heater sleeve. Then
follow the step by step instructions below:

into the carton when necessary with
unopened end first, Prop the carton

After 8-10 minutes, the meal is fully
heated, remove sleeve, tear where
indicated and slide entree/pouch out to be
used in bowl or eaten directly from
